Soja deve apresentar os melhores resultados de 2010 no RS, indica relatório

O presidente da Federação da Agricultura do Rio Grande do Sul (Farsul), Carlos Sperotto, disse nessa quarta, dia 2, durante balanço de final de ano, que de todas as culturas desenvolvidas no Estado, a soja tende a apresentar os melhores resultados em 2010.

De acordo com Sperotto, as perspectivas para a oleaginosa estão diretamente vinculadas ao consumo das grandes populações.

O mundo da soja no Projeto Lavouras do Brasil

– Não vamos ter preços estratosféricos, mas ainda teremos rentabilidade, tendo em vista que os preços elevados de fertilizantes não estão presentes no momento – enfatizou o presidente da Farsul.

Segundo ele, a lavoura está sendo feita com o preço dos insumos baseados num dólar a R$ 1,90, enquanto a tendência é de que a moeda fique pelo menos estável nos patamares atuais de R$ 1,70.

A Farsul indica um incremento da área de soja de 5% a 8% para o Rio Grande do Sul na atual temporada. Parte dessa área vem do milho, que deve amargar redução de 18% a 20% no plantio.

– O milho sofrerá redução não em função das chuvas, mas como conseqüência dos preços. Como existe a opção de escolha entre milho e soja, o produtor vai optar pela soja – disse Carlos Sperotto.

O dirigente admitiu dificuldades no plantio de soja em função das fortes chuvas e também apontou prejuízos nas culturas de trigo em colheita, azevém, aveia e prejuízos na pecuária leiteira.

Dados preliminares da Farsul apontam para perda de 18% de produção na safra gaúcha de 2009/2010. Inicialmente estimada em 22,6 milhões de toneladas, a produção estadual tende a cair para 18,5 milhões de toneladas, como conseqüência das chuvas de outubro e novembro. Juntando grãos e pecuária leiteira, as perdas no Rio Grande do Sul podem chegar entre R$ 2 bilhões e R$ 2,5 bilhões.
