Romualdo Brasil (PSOL), candidato a governo do Piauí defende a reforma agrária e a preservação ambiental

Em entrevista ao vivo para a TV ECORURAL, o candidato ao governo do Piauí, pelo PSOL, Romualdo Brasil, falou sobre a legalização da terra, por meio da Reforma Agrária e disse que os países mais desenvolvidos só obtiveram êxito em suas economias quando resolveram a questão fundiária.

“Eu defendo a preservação do meio ambiente e do agronegócio sustentável, sou terminantemente contra o agronegócio que está sendo realizado no Piauí, onde não há de fato inclusão social, e que causa muito danos ao meio ambiente”, disse.

O candidato falou sobre suas propostas e programas de governo, onde se eleito, se compromete com o desenvolvimento do ecoturismo, do agronegócio e demais áreas, mas defendeu principalmente a inclusão social para o desenvolvimento econômico. Para ele, o crescimento econômico do Estado passa pela justa divisão da terra para o homem do campo, oportunidade de trabalho e integração com o meio ambiente.

“Empresas como a Bunge, que alimenta as caldeiras com a vegetação nativa do cerrado e da caatinga e a Suzano Papel e Celulose que vai utilizar dos piauienses apenas a mão-de-obra braçal, para a produção da pasta de celulose, mostram que os danos ambientais aqui deixados serão maiores que as promessas de empregos e crescimento econômico", salientou Romualdo Brasil.
