Escola traz palestra “Convivência com o Biochip”

Reconectar-se à natureza através da ingestão de alimentos vivos é o que propõe Ana Branco, professora da PUC-Rio que estará em Porto Alegre para a palestra Convivência com o Biochip. O evento acontece na sexta-feira, dia 17 de setembro, às 16h30 na Escola Amigos do Verde (Av. Cristóvão Colombo, 3437) e tem entrada franca. As vagas são limitadas e as inscrições devem ser feitas pelo telefone (51) 3337.7630.

No estudo feito pela professora Ana Branco, são realizadas pesquisas e estudos acerca das cores e informações nutritivas de sementes, hortaliças e frutos crus, chamados de biochips ou alimentos vivos. Estes alimentos são concentrados de informações armazenadas que podem ser decodificadas através do contato direto e que, quando recém colhidos, conservam todas as suas vitaminas, minerais, sabores e aromas.

Ao cozinhá-los ou congelá-los, muitos nutrientes são perdidos. Por isso, a alimentação viva se torna uma opção saudável, que revitaliza a relação humana com a natureza.

Sobre o estudo “A Convivência com o Biochip”

Nas pesquisas do Biochip, desenvolvidas no Laboratório de Investigação em Living Design do Departamento de Artes e Design da PUC-Rio, são discutidas questões como: a variação da forma do alimento relacionada com a alteração do sabor; o rompimento da informação a partir da perda de água molecular; e a recuperação destas informações por meio do contato direto com materiais capazes de estabelecer “pontes orgânicas”.

Os estudos são análogos à prática da agricultura ecológica: assim como o solo é mantido sempre vivo através da nutrição com recursos naturais, nosso corpo também pode ser revitalizado por meio da ingestão de alimentos vivos e frescos.
