Saques acima de R$ 10 mil devem ser informados à Justiça Eleitoral no Piauí

As agências bancárias em Alagoas e no Piauí devem informar à Justiça Eleitoral saques bancários acima de R$ 10 mil feitos a partir de 4 de setembro deste ano. A determinação é dos tribunais regionais eleitorais (TREs) dos estados.

Segundo nota do Ministério Público Federal de Alagoas, a decisão foi anunciada ontem (27), durante sessão no tribunal, a pedido do procurador regional Eleitoral em Alagoas, Rodrigo Tenório. A determinação obriga ainda que a partir de hoje (28), os bancos divulguem diariamente informações atualizadas sobre saques desse porte.

“Quanto mais vulnerável a população, mais propício é o ambiente para a compra de votos. Conhecer desde já responsáveis por vultosos saques em espécie e locais onde se dão tornará mais eficiente a investigação criminal e permitirá, inclusive, a atuação preventiva do Ministério Público”.

No estado do Piauí a exigência é a mesma. Ambas as decisões foram tomadas devido ao período eleitoral e visam ao combate à compra de votos nos estados.
