Parque da Cidade prepara festa e educação ambiental para crianças no feriado

O Parque Ambiental de Teresina, ou Parque da Cidade como é conhecido, preparou atividades para a comemorar o feriado do dia das crianças, o evento chamado de “Festa das Crianças”, acontece de 06 a 12 de outubro, no próprio Parque.

O evento é promovido pela direção do Parque e visa integrar às crianças à natureza, trabalhando a conscientização ambiental. O roteiro inclui, palestras educativas, aulas-passeio, lazer e banhos de cascata, além de shows e muitas brincadeiras.

De acordo com o diretor do Parque, Assis Barbosa, o evento vai ser importante para divulgar o lazer nos parques ambientais da cidade, conscientizando as crianças e seus pais sobre a preservação ambiental. Ainda segundo o diretor, a água utilizada nos banhos de cascata é reaproveitada para molhar as plantas do parque, mostrando que tudo pode ser reaproveitado.

“Esperamos um número grande número de crianças, pois mais de 30 escolas já fizeram suas reservas. Este é um momento oportuno para trabalharmos a conscientização e o respeito pelo meio ambiente, começando desde cedo, com as crianças” acrescentou.
