Urbanização da Orla de Atalaia fica pronta em abril

Representantes do Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID), do Banco do Nordeste (BNB), da Secretaria de Infraestrutura (Seinfra) e da Secretaria do Turismo (Setur) fiscalizaram a obra de Urbanização da Orla de Atalaia em Luís Correia, região Norte do Estado.

O representante do BNB comentou o andamento da obra. “Estamos satisfeitos com o cumprimento do cronograma, o material utilizado que foi alvo de críticas também está em conformidade com a obra”, disse Ocione Marques, gerente do banco.

Desde o início do ano a Seinfra vem fazendo um levantamento das obras em todo o Estado. Em Luís Correia, na Orla da Atalaia, os problemas relacionados à qualidade do material utilizado e o cumprimento dos prazos foram reorganizados. “Os materiais que apresentaram problemas foram trocados, mesmo assim solicitei um novo laudo que comprove a qualidade do material usado e que ele está de acordo com a Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas e com as especificações da obra”, explicou Castro Neto (Seinfra).

A urbanização da Orla de Atalaia está entre as metas estabelecidas pelo governador Wilson Martins. O Governo do Estado investiu R$ 7.523.267,67 no projeto de urbanização da orla. Parte do investimento vem do Programa de Desenvolvimento do Turismo no Nordeste (Prodetur/NE). O projeto de urbanização da praia de Atalaia tem 1,8 mil metros de extensão e inclui oito barracas, calçadão, quiosques de apoio ao turista, Corpo de Bombeiros e Polícia Militar, iluminação da praia, pavimentação reforçada das avenidas de acesso, banheiros públicos, postos de saúde e estacionamento para 600 carros.

Em uma reunião com a empreiteira responsável, Castro Neto pediu ao engenheiro responsável pela obra empenho para que ela fosse entregue antes do prazo. “Eu e o engenheiro da empresa chegamos a um acordo. A urbanização da Orla de Atalaia estará pronta dia 15 de abril”, concluiu Castro Neto.
