Jornalistas de todo o país vem ao Piauí conhecer a Serra da Capivara

Na próxima sexta-feira, dia 25 de março, chega ao Piauí um grupo de jornalistas de variadas regiões do Brasil para conhecer o Parque Nacional Serra da Capivara (525 km de Teresina), na microrregião de São Raimundo Nonato. A viagem faz parte de uma press trip que tem o apoio da TAM e foi organizada pela Associação Sanraimundense dos Empreendedores de Turismo (ASSET), uma espécie de cooperativa criada pelos pequenos empresários para desenvolver o turismo na região.

Foram convidados repórteres dos jornais Folha de São Paulo, Jornal de Brasília, Folha do Meio Ambiente, das revistas Istoé e Horizonte Geográfico, dos jornais O Povo e Diário do Nordeste, ambos de Fortaleza; além da revista de bordo TAM Nas Nuvens. A viagem é coordenada pela assessoria especializada em turismo, ASSIMPTUR, empresa de São Paulo, contratada para divulgar o potencial turístico da região de São Raimundo Nonato, englobando os parques nacionais da Serra da Capivara e da Serra das Confusões.

Para o presidente da ASSET, Lucas Negreiros, essa é a segunda press trip que a entidade realiza em menos de seis meses. “Em novembro passado, através de uma parceria com a Fundação Museu do Homem Americano (FUMDHAM), também realizamos uma ação de divulgação da Serra da Capivara durante o I Festival de Cultura Acordais, e o resultado foi fabuloso. Jornais como O Estado de São Paulo e as revistas Na Poltrona, Viaje Mais e Planeta, publicaram grandes reportagens sobre a região, o que certamente vai ajudar na divulgação do nosso potencial” lembra o empreendedor de São Raimundo Nonato.

O diferencial dessa ação é que ela partiu dos pequenos empreendedores do interior piauiense que decidiram se organizar para ajudar a desenvolver o turismo nesse trecho do estado. “Achamos que estava na hora de mudar de atitude. Ao invés de somente esperar pela ação dos governos, decidimos tomar a frente desse projeto e trazer parceiros para o trabalho, caso da Secretaria Estadual do Turismo (SETUR), que vai viabilizar o transfer dos jornalistas entre Teresina e São Raimundo”, explicou Lucas Negreiros.

Outro parceiro do trabalho da ASSET é a FUMDHAM, que além de apoiar a iniciativa, ainda disponibiliza pesquisadores para acompanhar os jornalistas nos sítios arqueológicos mais importantes, no Museu do Homem Americano e no Centro Cultural Sérgio Motta. “Além disso, sempre que possível, a própria cientista Niéde Guidon, concede uma entrevista coletiva onde os repórteres podem esclarecer dúvidas e conhecer melhor a pesquisadora que dedicou grande parte de sua vida para estudar a natureza e o patrimônio cultural da Serra da Capivara”, finaliza o presidente da ASSET.
