Ministra da Pesca participa de evento em Manaus

A Ministra da Pesca e Aquicultura, Ideli Salvatti, participa hoje quinta-feira (31/03 em Manaus do encerramento do Encontro Brasil-Noruega para desenvolvimento da pesca e aquicultura. Durante o evento participa de audiência com o Governador do Estado do Amazonas, Omar Aziz, e reuniões com o setor pesqueiro e aquícola.

E amanhã, sexta-feira (01/04) a Ministra e a embaixadora da Noruega Turid Eusébio fazem o encerramento do Encontro Brasil-Noruega para o desenvolvimento da pesca e aquicultura. O encontro, que contou com representantes dos dois países, teve início na última segunda-feira (28/03) e tratou de importantes temas para o desenvolvimento do setor pesqueiro e aquícola, como gestão governamental da pesca e da aquicultura, intercâmbio entre instituições de pesquisa e formação, treinamento de recursos humanos e o Bioma Amazônia.

No encerramento será apresentado o Plano de Trabalho do Memorando de Entendimento, firmado em 2009, que agora será colocado em prática. Além do Ministério da Pesca e Aquicultura (MPA) e da Noruega, participaram dos entendimentos a Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa), Ministério do Meio Ambiente (MMA), Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia (MCT), Ministério de Minas e Energia (MME) e Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento (BNDES) e governo do estado do Amazonas.

Hoje, quinta-feira (31/03), Ideli se reúne com o Governador, às 9h, na sede do Governo, para tratar de convênios a serem celebrados entre o Ministério da Pesca e Aquicultura e o Governo do Estado do Amazonas, na oportunidade abordam também a simplificação e agilização do licenciamento ambiental para aquicultura. Ainda em Manaus, a Ministra Ideli se reúne com o setor pesqueiro e aquícola e entrega, para o município de Manaus, fábricas de gelo, caminhões feira e frigorífico que auxiliarão na estruturação da cadeia produtiva amazonense. Em Manacapuru, Salvatti visita empreendimentos relacionados ao setor, como as fazendas de piscicultura e frigoríficos e inaugura uma Unidade Municipal de Produção de Alevinos. Ideli permanece no Amazonas no final de semana, quando irá conhecer a hidrelétrica de Balbina e a pesca ornamental em Barcelos.
