Comitê Gestor da Orla de Atalaia terá primeira reunião

Será realizada, nesta quinta-feira (2), a 1ª Assembleia do Comitê Gestor da Orla de Atalaia (Cogesoa), às 10h, no Auditório do Balneário Atalaia em Luís Correia. O Comitê Gestor da Orla de Atalaia foi criado por decreto governamental no mês de abril de 2011, para coordenar as ações de conservação da orla nos padrões estabelecidos em seu projeto de urbanização, com uma prática de co-responsabilidade e partilhamento de decisões.

Na primeira reunião será dada posse aos membros titulares e suplentes do Conselho, a equipe de administração da Orla e serão colocados em discussão os termos de adesão de Compromisso e Termo de Permissão de Uso da Orla, que serão assinados pelos permissionários.

Segundo o gerente de promoção de investimentos da Setur, Francisco Correia, nessa primeira reunião também será instituído um prazo para que a equipe de administração da Orla de Atalaia realize uma avaliação gerencial e financeira dos empreendimentos e apresente um plano de trabalho.

“Nesta primeira reunião, a Setur vai apresentar e dar posse a membros que já foram indicados pelos órgãos e também apresentar o gerente da Orla. Vamos colocar para o conselho o conteúdo dos Termos de Permissão de Uso da Orla, que cada comerciante vai assinar, para as considerações dos integrantes do Conselho”, disse o gerente.

Entre as competências do Comitê Gestor da Orla de Atalaia estão: promover utilização racional de infraestrutura e equipamentos; manter a qualidade da infraestrutura e dos equipamentos adequados aos respectivos usos; prevenir e defender a orla contra atos de vandalismo; garantir a prevenção e defesa contra incêndios; promover ações de conservação ambiental e turismo sustentável; opinar, quando solicitado sobre programas e assuntos relativos ao turismo e meio ambiente à Orla de Atalaia e prevenir contra riscos e agravos à saúde dos turistas, visitantes e usuários dos equipamentos da Orla de Atalaia.

Fazem parte do Comitê Gestor da Orla de Atalaia, a Secretaria do Turismo do Estado do Piauí (Setur), Secretaria do Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos (Semar), Superintendência do Patrimônio da União no Piauí (SPU), Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais Renováveis (Ibama), Instituto Chico Mendes de Conservação da Biodiversidade (ICMBio), Serviço de Apoio às Pequenas e Médias Empresas do Piauí (Sebrae), Prefeitura de Luís Correia, Associação dos Empresários dos Bares e Restaurantes da Orla de Atalaia, ONG Care Brasil e Administração da Orla de Atalaia.
