Agricultores ganham prazo para se adaptar à medida de nacionalização

A mudança ocorreu por decisão do Conselho Monetário Nacional (CMN)

A data em que entram em vigor as medidas da Resolução 4013, de 29 de setembro e a redução do valor de financiamentos de máquinas e equipamentos usados foi alterada para 1° de janeiro de 2012. A mudança ocorreu por decisão do Conselho Monetário Nacional (CMN) após o pedido do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário (MDA) ao Ministério da Fazenda.

Isso significa que a resolução que determina a nacionalização da linha de investimento do Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar (Pronaf) passa a valer somente no ano que vem e os segmentos envolvidos terão os meses de novembro e dezembro para se adaptarem à medida, especialmente ao índice de nacionalização que segue os critérios do FINAME/BNDES.

A mudança se deve à demanda de agricultores e agentes financeiros que pediram prazo para se adaptarem às novas medidas. Muitas operações que estavam em andamento seriam interrompidas para se enquadrarem às novas exigências.

A alteração também dará um prazo maior para que as pequenas e médias indústrias que ainda não têm seus produtos finalizados (de acordo com os critérios da Finame/BNDES) possam fazê-lo. Assim, o prazo para adaptação vai possibilitar a execução de muitos projetos de investimentos de agricultores, que estavam em etapas de contratação e tiveram sua efetivação comprometida.
